Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer for its global technology center in Bangalore. Operating inside a decentralized network of over 950 laboratories worldwide, this role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-performance web applications and backend APIs that manage clinical testing data. The position requires an adaptable developer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. The daily scope balances writing computational logic in Python, engineering front-end user interfaces in TypeScript, constructing secure n-Tier RESTful services, and validating code bases using Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies within an international, cross-cultural Agile framework.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of professional hands-on software development experience creating, debugging, and maintaining scalable applications, with a baseline understanding of Microsoft Technologies.
• Strong hands-on engineering experience in Python, utilizing lightweight application frameworks—specifically Flask—to build robust services.
• Practical proficiency designing document schemas, building queries, and optimizing data layers using NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Solid experience constructing responsive, interactive user interface layers using TypeScript, clean CSS structures, and managing data payload transfers via JSON.
• Strong foundational background in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and design expertise in distributed n-Tier architectures using secure RESTful Web APIs.
• Practical execution experience working with Test-Driven Development (TDD) paradigms, Test automation, Agile-Scrum sprint loops, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Foundational experience hosting or managing services inside cloud landscapes (Microsoft Azure Services or AWS), a good grasp of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles, and configuration history within continuous integration environments (Git / Azure DevOps).
• Proven ability to actively participate in architectural design discussions, translate complex business requirements into clean technical specs, and perform peer code reviews according to industry best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication mechanics, strong analytical problem-solving habits, a self-motivated "get-it-done" attitude, and strict adherence to Scrum values (Commitment, Focus, Collaboration, Openness, Respect, Courage) inside global cross-border engineering teams.
